• Provide exceptional customer service
• Adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Demonstrate full knowledge of the menu
• Be able to follow instructions for recipes and food safety guidelines
• Basic math and reading skills required
• On occasion, may be required to lift and carry up to fifty pounds
